Jess –
I LOVE my approach skis. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get into backcountry snowboarding, but now I’m hooked. Don’t think I’ll ever get a split board because these work so well.
Hugh –
great product for the price. works well
Bradley –
good design

These things are great. Put in quite a few days this winter and they work quite well. I’ve wanted to get into split boarding for years but didn’t want to pay over a grand for a full set up. Not only are these a fraction of the cost, but I’ve had these go up angles that the people I’m touring with struggle to climb. Get these bad boys in a skin track and it feels like you’re flying up the hill, plus kick turns are an absolute breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

Approach Skis work well. Best price I could find for getting into it and quality is very good
Stephen –
saw these on tik tok, wasn’t sure about them but ordered anyway bc it wasn’t a huge risk vs buying a whole split setup. im so glad i did they work really really well, i recommend them to all my friends and people always ask me what they are.
Trevor –
My wife uses them to hike up our ski resort in the mornings and she really likes them. She uses them like once a week and really likes them. Tried to get her onto a split before these and she didn’t like how much weight was on her feet. Doesn’t complain about that anymore.
Shelby –
these guys put a lot of effort into these and it shows. works well for me 😀
Fisher –
I couldn’t figure out how to lift the risers the first time I used them. Figured out at the end that you have to lean way over and do one foot at a time. I had a nice walk through some trees in the PNW and rode my new Rossi board
Jay –
I’ve had fun so far and the bindings are pretty cool
Alex –
My MO in the winter is snowshoe up a mountain and sled down on the Mad River Rocket. But just got these and they’re SO MUCH BETTER than snowshoes! I don’t have to worry about ruining a skin track, I get gliding motion, and they pack compact for the downhill.
